After doing some work in LA, I went to Santa Monica on the weekend and hung with some friends, Corwyn and Amy. I'm trying to condition my body to cold water this fall. I swam in 61 degree waters in Lake Ariel last week, one day doing almost a mile long swim. The Pacific was so warm by comparison, I could have stayed in there for a longer time. Pictured here are some of the monkey rings, climbing ropes and parallel bars that kids like me enjoy playing on.

Santa Monica Pier
