Policija in Montenegro

The war decimated so many homes in Montenegro that many of the country's interior designers were left without work. Fortunately, the Policija have been hiring former interior designers for their skills in using tape measures, the MOST IMPORTANT tool used to investigate an auto accident. Officers will spend an hour arranging several orange cones around the accident site, and measure the distance between them. In this case, they concluded that the accident was caused by the standard factory cloth upholstery in the white Volkswagen, causing a dangerous level of indifference in the driver.
